Brandon was born and raised in Montgomery County, and graduate of Brookville High School.  He completed both his undergraduate and law degrees at The Ohio State University.  

After finishing law school Brandon returned home to begin his legal career with the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office where he met his future wife, Jeannine. Brandon was assigned to the Child Protection Unit where he advocated for the rights of abused and neglected children.  Later, Brandon took on the responsibility of handling felony cases of all levels from drug offenses to crimes against children, sexual assault, and murder.  During his tenure as a felony prosecutor Brandon successfully tried numerous cases, including multiple homicides.  Brandon's experience with the criminal justice system has given him a unique perspective on the impact of crime on our community.  

Brandon is currently one of two Judges for the Montgomery County Municipal Court and resides in Montgomery County with his wife Jeannine and their young son.
